Becoming — Open Call Exhibition

Thank you for your interest in submitting work to Becoming, DeBrew Studio’s first curated digital exhibition.
We welcome artists working across contemporary and experimental practices whose work explores identity, transformation, memory, emotion, material exploration, storytelling, vulnerability, and evolving artistic perspective.
Selected works will be featured in the final curated digital exhibition launching July 5, 2026, through the DeBrew Studio platform.
Submission Guidelines
Open to artists working in all visual media
Artists may submit original works created within the last 5 years
Accepted practices include painting, mixed media, photography, textile work, conceptual practices, abstraction, and experimental approaches
Artists must submit high-quality images of their work
All submitted work must be created by the submitting artist
Submission Fees
1 Artwork — Free
2–5 Artworks — $15
6–10 Artworks — $30
11–20 Artworks — $45
Submission fees help support exhibition development, platform operations, curation, and future programming through DeBrew Studio.
Additional Information
One free resubmission is permitted if artwork images are not uploaded correctly or are difficult to access during the review process.
The founder of DeBrew Studio may contact artists directly through the email provided if submitted images, files, or links require clarification or updated access.
Important Information
Submissions are open through June 12, 2026.
All artists will be contacted via email regarding their submission status, whether selected or not selected for the exhibition.
The final digital exhibition launches July 5, 2026.
All exhibitions presented through DeBrew Studio are free and accessible to view.
Artwork Sales & Commission
Selected works may be available for acquisition or direct inquiry where applicable.
Artists retain 75% of artwork sales made through DeBrew Studio exhibitions and presentations. DeBrew Studio receives a 25% commission to support platform operations, exhibition development, and future opportunities.
Community, Respect & Artist Support
DeBrew Studio is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for participating artists and visitors.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, exploitation, or inappropriate conduct toward artists will not be tolerated.
Artists are encouraged to contact DeBrew Studio directly if concerns arise during communication, exhibition participation, or professional interactions.
